In the Centre for Teaching, Learning and Academic Excellence we’re always looking for ways to engage faculty and build a community of connected and collaborative educators. As such, we’re planning a three-day event that we’re calling #EdTechDays between Tuesday, May 31- Thursday, June 2. Join us and choose from roughly 30 unique sessions over the course of these three days. Our skilled faculty from around the college have offered to share their expertise with each other through a series of workshops relating to different themes around educational technology. There will also be focused sessions presented by vendors of specific educational technologies and our publisher friends from McGraw-Hill, Nelson, Pearson & Wiley.
Sessions will be offered at the introductory level unless otherwise stated. The hour and a half time frame will enable presenters to help participants create accounts if applicable, brainstorm ideas for pedagogically sound classroom use, and most importantly, try it out.
